Step 1: Our team at J & M will field your form submission, inquiry, or phone call and set you up with an in person consultation with our owner and operator, Javier Moreno, who has over 20 years of experience directing and constructing luxury kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in the Northern Virginia area featured nationally on sites like Redfin and regionally in magazines like Prince William Living.
Step 2: Javier will come to your home and conduct a full scale inquiry into your dream remodeling project, taking detailed notes and pictures and measurements in order to return to our headquarters in Woodbridge, VA and construct a professional 3D design of your imagined space - down to the last detail, cabinet, tile, appliance, and surface - as well as a first draft estimate assembled by our team of expert, in house estimators, balanced to a tailor-made fit with the highest quality service and materials, as well as your budget, in mind.
Step 3: J & M will email you a link to schedule your initial Estimate Review Call. This Estimate Review Call is a custom, white glove service offered exclusively by J & M where, over a Zoom call, we will go over every aspect of your remodel as well as any questions and concerns regarding price, design, style, materials, and labor - in order to continue our process of offering you the perfect, tailor made estimate and design for your project, to be executed by our in house master craftsmen upon approval.
Step 4: Your first draft estimate will be delivered to you via email along with detailed 3D designs assembled by Javier, and notes regarding your project. This draft will be available for you to review and within time for you to assemble notes and questions and concerns before meeting with our Estimate Review Lead, David, who will conduct the full review via your scheduled Zoom call.
Step 5: As needed, if your estimate and design were not prepared for your total and complete approval in the first round of work, Javier and David will schedule you another in person meeting with Javier - either in office or in your home, where you can review the entirety of your designs and estimates with him - as he will have the notes and details from your initial Estimate Review call in hand to precisely and efficiently make any necessary edits with you in real time.
Step 6: Estimates and designs are finalized down to the last precise detail, material, service, and measurement, and your project is signed for approval! Our work teams will arrive on site and begin conducting the remodel of your dreams!
