We work with a full time, well paid staff! The health, happiness, safety, and well-being of our team is essential. Every team member who enters your home, answers your call, and performs your design and estimation work is a full-time member of our J & M Tile, Granite & Marble Team!
Carlos H. Hernandez
Carlos is Javier’s Foreman and Head of Plumbing. Carlos was born in Honduras; started working with J & M in 2008. He began helping Javier lay tiles and quickly graduated to the position of tile mechanic. With a passion for detail and careful, considered work, Carlos became J & M’s most experienced and trusted employee.
Julio Camacho
Julio is Javier’s Assistant Manager. Julio came to J & M with extensive experience in construction - having done the majority of his previous work in Switzerland. He first met Javier while they were both working at JUD Tile in Vienna, Virginia. Julio joined the team in 2009; he currently helps Javier supervise work and organize projects in development.
Yeny Arias
Yeny is a longtime employee at J & M specializing in supplier and distributor relationships as well as proposal and estimate work. She is an invaluable asset in the front office; is able to assist our team and clients in every regard; especially in reference to pricing concerns and the best possible materials for your remodel!
Yakeline Moreno
Yakeline is our store manager, as well as being the co-founder of J & M. Yakeline and Javier met in college; the two have been inseparable ever since - forming J & M after immigrating to the United States. Yakeline is in charge of managing all activities (both administrative and financial) the company takes on.
Javier Moreno
The founder himself! Javier is the proud owner and operator of J & M Tile, Granite & Marble. His story and experience are outlined on The Story of J & M page of our website. He is pictured here with his loving family - the inspiration for his life’s work!
Valeria Moreno
Valeria is the daughter of Javier and Yakeline; she currently assists us as a member of our Sales and follow-ups team! You may find yourself in communication with her over the phone, email, or text in the process of scheduling your appointment. She is a recent graduate of VCUarts! Congra(d)s Valeria!
